Rawan Modest 14-Day Return Policy

At Rawan Modest, we take pride in delivering high-quality pieces and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In its original condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • With all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at admin@rawanmodest.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email admin@rawanmodest.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at admin@rawanmodest.com.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  • Return the original item as outlined above.

  • Place a new order for the desired item once your return is confirmed.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

9. Changes to the Returns Policy

Rawan Modest reserves the right to update or modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
